Creamy No-Bake Cheesecake

Introduction

Ingredients

  • 200 g digestive biscuits

  • 100 g melted butter

  • 400 g cream cheese

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Fresh berries for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.

  2. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until well combined.

  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.

  4. Place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to firm up.

  5. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

  6. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

  7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

  8. Spread the filling over the chilled crust.

  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  10. Top with fresh berries before serving.
