I never stopped eating sweets, but I learned to eat them like this: now I can eat this cake in the morning, at noon, and even before going to bed!

This dessert was born from one of those moments when you don’t feel like cooking, but an irresistible craving for something sweet strikes. Not a ravenous craving, more of a necessity: to end the meal on a delicious note, one that provides a feeling of satiety without being heavy. I often make it in the evening, or after lunch, when I need a quick and easy dessert that won’t leave me wanting to snack right after.

What I love is that this recipe is made in a single bowl, without whisking, without weighing ingredients, without any stress. You mix all the ingredients, pour the mixture into the mold, and let the air fryer do the rest. The result? A smooth cream, almost like a light pudding, both delicate and indulgent. And with a spoonful of 100% fruit jam on top, it’s the perfect finishing touch.

Calories

Approximately 180 to 220 kcal, depending on the yogurt and jam used, but it remains a light and balanced dessert.

Ingredients

1 container of plain yogurt

1 egg

2 teaspoons of flour (or cornstarch)

1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar

100% light fruit jam to taste (or even a protein cream of your choice or one without added sugar).

Note: You can also use Greek yogurt if you prefer a firmer and more filling consistency.

Preparation

Start with the bowl.
Pour the plain yogurt into a bowl. Add the egg and mix well with a fork or whisk. No need to whisk, just mix.

Add the flavorings.

Mix the vanilla sugar and powdered milk. Mix again until smooth and lump-free. The consistency should be creamy, not runny.

Pour the mixture into the mold.

Transfer it to an air fryer-safe mold (a ceramic ramekin will also work).

Air fryer cooking.
Fry at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes for a very creamy texture.
If you prefer it firmer, cook for 18 to 20 minutes longer, checking occasionally.

Let it rest for a few minutes.

Once cooked, let it rest for a few minutes outside the air fryer. It will firm up slightly.

Finish.

Add a spoonful of 100% fruit jam on top. That’s it.

This dessert has become one of my favorites to finish a meal. I make it when I’m craving something tasty and simple, when I don’t feel like turning on the oven or making a complicated batter. It’s one of those desserts that doesn’t make you feel self-conscious, but simply brings you satisfaction. And often, that’s exactly what you need.
